Hotel Reservations

Participants should make hotel reservations for the Cliff Lodge as soon as possible by calling 1-800-453-3000. Hotel reservations must be made no later than June 12, 2008. Your credit card will not be charged for the one-night room guarantee fee until July, at which time your card will be charged to guarantee your room.

Meals Provided

The registration fee will include two dinners on July 16 and July 17. When you voucher your travel, you must not claim these two dinners as they are included in the registration fee.

Maximum per diem

Lodging – $94.00/night
M&IE     – $54.00/day

Registration Fee

All participants will pay a registration fee of $200 and will need to be covered by the participants benefiting account. Please note that your registration fee WILL NOT be charged to your Government purchase credit card until July 2008.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided by Canyon Transportation from the Salt Lake City Airport to Cliff Lodge. The special rate for Summit attendees is $50 per person roundtrip ($25 per person one way). You may reserve a transport when you reserve lodgings or click on the link below. When contacting Canyon Transport, please provide them with the following group number: 883

Canyon Transportation can be found in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Salt Lake City Airport, next to the baggage claim terminal. To expedite your departure from the airport, check-in with the representative at the Canyon Transportation desk before claiming your bags.

Canyon Transportation also has a desk at Snowbird in the Cliff Lodge on lower level one, the same level that you will arrive.  You can call them from any house phone by dialing RIDE (7433).
