Company HistoryWeb and Writing Solutions is a partnership formed in Maryland in January 2001 under the name Writing Solutions. The company is a woman-owned small business. Ms. Hallman is the Managing Partner. In November 2003, Writing Solutions was awarded a General Services Administration contract (GS-23F-0052P) for SIN 541.3 Web Site Marketing Services. Under this GSA contract federal and state government agencies can contract with Writing Solutions to provide web site development and marketing services. In 2006, Writing Solutions began to also use the trade name Web and Writing Solutions. Web and Writing Solutions has designed, programmed, and implemented many federal public web sites, as well as sites for associations, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit businesses.
